With our Resident Placement Guarantee, Penny Realty stands behind the quality of our resident screening and placement process. If a resident we place in your property vacates early during the initial 12-month lease term, we will re-market your property, screen applicants, and place a new resident at no additional cost to you. This guarantee reflects our confidence in our screening process and our commitment to protecting your investment from unnecessary turnover costs.

We guarantee to find a qualified resident for your property within 30 days, or we'll waive your first month's management fee.

Conditions for the 30 Day Guarantee:

• Penny Realty must set the rental price based on our assessment of fair market value
• The property must be vacant
• Pets must be permitted
• The 30 days start when the home is rent ready, move-in condition and high quality photography is completed.
• Guarantee is not available from October 15th through January 15th
• Valid for new clients only

The Conditions for the Good Pet Guarantee:

Penny Realty must approve the pet through our screening process and execute the lease with the resident. The guarantee does not apply to residents or pets inherited when Penny Realty begins managing the property.
